Our Women’s Wellness Book Club, offers book selections that give us strength, motivate us and empower us to improve our lives and the health of our families. Join us for this fun and interactive social program. You may join at anytime.

Location: Bookland in Brunswick (meeting room located near the cafe in the back of store)

Time: 1:00 - 2:30 pm

Date: 1st Monday of each month

Facilitator: Lyn Howe

December 1 - The Anatomy of Hope - by Jerome Groopman - Inspiring stories of hope, and how each patient prevailed in the face of illness. Wonderful to see how hope can make a difference!

Join the friendly staff at Beau Bella for an evening of mini service samples and discussions to enhance your mind, body and soul.

5:15 - Sheryl McWilliams, MPH, RN - Tips to reduce stress.

5:30pm - Kate Conner, Licensed Aesthetician, will discuss how to take care of your skin followed by a free skin analysis.

5:45 - Stephanie Homon, MS,RD,LD Licensed Dietitian will give us tips on nutrition.

6:00pm - Jen Dragoon Licensed Massage Therapist, will discuss the benefits of massage and the different types of massage offered.
