Lifestyle Choices is especially valuable to anyone suffering from, or at high risk for developing these diseases. It is also beneficial for anyone wanting to prevent illness and to live a longer, more active and healthy life! This course presents science and the rationale, as well as giving you the support needed to start your journey toward healthy living.

Lifestyle Choices is a 2-week program designed to give you the tools needed to live a healthier life. It will inspire and inform you to make positive changes towards a healthier you.
